    Yes, I have to confess I came to this expecting very little and got even less. This is really just more of the woke sci fi souffle, that refuses to rise, so why not change the recipe? Based on Discovery's ratings with audiences, it's clearly not an appetising formula.

    This isn't Star Trek it's CW in space, which if they made their own show, I could either like it or just not watch it. Instead they took a successful francise and ruined it. The people involved in this show should never work in entertainment again.
